Planning and socioformative projects: A systematic review in the Mexican educational context

Socioformation, as a paradigm of innovation and educational experience, aims to identify and solve problems that transform the social-educational-community environment through collaboration, interdisciplinarity, multidisciplinarity, innovation and systematisation of projects integrated into educational planning. Our study presents a systematic review on the implementation of lesson planning in education through socio-formative projects, identifying barriers, challenges and main strategies used by educational agents to integrate these projects into lesson planning, as well as emerging trends and patterns of the linkage: educational agents-planning, didactics-project method at a global level. A systematic review was conducted using the PRISMA methodology. 46 studies published in Scopus and Web of Science databases between 2020 and 2024 were analysed. The results show an increasing integration of interdisciplinary approaches and adapting to specific local contexts. It is highlighted that lesson planning and the socio-formative approach, together with the use of digital technologies, enhance pedagogical innovation and collaborative learning in education. The integration of artificial intell-igence is favourable for the development of competencies and effective teacher training.
